DESCRIPTION:Cabin Fever is a serious condition that affects us all.\n\nThe Cabin Fever Syndrome Awareness and Prevention Society in partnership with the Permaculture Calgary Guild is proud to present an afternoon of support through various workshops and an evening of bands\, beer and bonafide\, electrified\, bone shaking\, cob web clearing fun!\nWorkshops will take place from 1pm -5pm\nfor full details on workshops check out the facebook page: \nhttps://www.facebook.com/events/492629250772909/\nAn open discussion on permaculture will go from 5pm – 6:30 ish\nBands will help us overcome our ailment between 8pm -1am\nThe bands that will be performing are “Freak Motif” and “Rotary Park” and they are guaranteed to make you forget that you have not been exposed to the joys of warm Calgary weather for the last several months.\nCostumes are encouraged…. lumber jacks\, trappers and klondikers are welcome as well as any other cooped up crazy character that could be concocted on a cold Calgary afternoon.\nWe have secured some local food vendors that will suit your appetite for local and amazing food to fill your guts and give you the energy to “shake it like a polaroid picture”. However\, eats are not included in the ticket price.\nFinally\, a cash bar will be open to wet your whistle… local brews will be the focus of the sudsy saloon.\nPLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY…. the event location is right next to the train station\, ‘keys please’ is a great service for getting your silly side home safely\, not to mention all the other options open to you to NOT drink and drive. \nWe thank you for your support and look forward to helping you come to terms with our excessivley long ‘non-growing’season.\nAlways at your service\,\nCFSAPS in partnership with…\nyour Permaculture Calgary Guild\n\n \n
