Fungi Akuafo – Growing Edible Mushrooms in your home (Fall 2019)

A 3hr introduction to cultivating mushrooms in your home. This workshop will include an overview of fungi ecology, a discussion on how to choose which species to grow, and information on the equipment and techniques to create the right conditions to grow mushrooms.
