Introductory Series Workshop: Growing edible mushrooms in your backyard (February 23, 2020)

A 3hr introduction to cultivating mushrooms in your backyard. This workshop will include an overview of fungi ecology, a discussion on how to choose which species to grow, instructions on how to inoculate woodchips and log stacks, and tips to care for your new fungi friends.
