Introductory Series Workshop: Growing edible mushrooms in your backyard – May 9, 2020

A 3hr introduction to cultivating mushrooms in your backyard. This workshop will include an overview of fungi ecology, a discussion on how to choose which species to grow, instructions on how to inoculate log stacks (with Pearl Oyster mushrooms), garden beds (with Wine Cap mushrooms), compost heap (with Shaggy Mane mushrooms) and tips to care for your new fungi friends.
