We’ve rented the North Hall at the the Winston Heights Community Center. There is a great playground and a firepit, as well as a small kitchen to help with warming up food (or keeping things cold).
Bring: a small dish to share, your own plates, utensils, cups, etc, a lawn chair for the campfire (a firewood donation if you have some kicking around). If you’d like, also consider bringing outdoor games (for the little & big kids alike) and/or your instruments.
Doors open at 5:00pm, here’s the general schedule
From 5:30 – 6:00 pm: Thirty minute market
6:15 – 7: 15 pm: Potluck & Socializing
7:15 pm: Presentation / Talk
