Permaculture Calgary Guild (PCG) – 2026 Scavenger Hunt Contest Disclaimer

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. The contest is open to residents of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
  2. LOCATION & DATE: This contest will be held at the Seedy Saturday event in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on March 21, 2026.
  3. ENTRY: One contest card per person. Each participant will receive:
    • 2 base entries for completing the PCG Feedback section 
    • 1 bonus entry per scavenger hunt question answered correctly (maximum of 5 bonus entries)
    • Total possible entries per person: 7
  4. PRIZE: One (1) $50 gift certificate to New Society Publishers.
  5. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  6. NOTIFICATION: The winner will be announced on Monday, March 23, 2026, via email. Winner details will also be shared on the PCG website and social media accounts.
  7. PRIZE CLAIM: The winner must claim their prize by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM MST. If unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected.
  8. SPONSOR: This contest is sponsored by the Permaculture Calgary Guild, a non-profit organization.
  9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the Permaculture Calgary Guild, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.
  10. PRIVACY: Information collected will be used in accordance with PCG’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
