Calgary’s Family-Friendly Celebration of Earth Hour at St. Patrick’s Island Confluence Plaza
Saturday March 25, 7:00-9:30 pm.
Turn off your lights and electronics and join in at home or at the east end of St. Patrick’s Island! DJ dance party, activities, firepits, and games! #earthhouryyc #changeclimatechange

Supporters include: Open Streets, the Arusha Centre, The City of Calgary, St. Patrick’s Island, Good Earth-City Hall, Earth Hour, BassBus, AB Solar Coop, AB Bike Swap, Mountain Equipment Coop, CMLC, CJSW and more!

St. Patrick’s Island can be accessed by CTrain at the Bridgeland station and via the north and southside Bow river pathways. Vehicles can access from Memorial Drive eastbound. Use the Zoo Rd exit, turn right over Baines Bridge, right into the Confluence Plaza parking lot. This parking lot is managed by Calgary Parking Authority. Due to construction the 12th Avenue bridge is closed. There is no pathway or driving access to the Island from the south/Inglewood, only via the East Village pedestrian bridge.
