Join the Permaculture Calgary Guild for our Annual General Meeting and Celebration.
– Are you interested in taking a leadership role steering the future of permaculture in Calgary?
– Are you wondering how you can gain valuable skills and share your knowledge?
– Are you interested in getting involved in special projects?
– Are you a member of the Guild and would like to provide input on how our organization should direct our resources?
The permaculture movement has been exploding in Calgary. We are inspired and motivated by the rapid, pioneering growth of our community. At this pivotal time, we need members of the community to come forward to help direct the future of the PCG and promoting permaculture in general.
All Permaculture Calgary Guild members (and interested / potential members) are encouraged to attend. This is your chance to provide input on what projects we should prioritize (monthly potlucks, education sessions, permablitz resources??) .
In addition, we would like to ‘accelerate succession’ and create more resiliency and stability in the Permaculture Calgary Guild. In order to do this, we need an influx of eager, willing volunteers who are interested in getting involved on the ‘inside’, making this organization effective and successful.
BOARD POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE WITH ELECTIONS OCCURRING AT THE AGM.
There is an pre-AGM Board Candidate information session being held on Thursday, March 23rd. Please consider attending this session if you’d like to meet the current Board Members and learn what being a PCG board member is all about!
