We will gather in Turner Valley again this summer to learn about permaculture through hands-on workshops, tours of local permaculture sites, and shared meals featuring delicious local food.
We will have three tours on Friday, a family pool party and potluck, and a keynote speaker on Friday evening.
Saturday will be chock full of workshops during the day. We will have our very own Market from 4:30-6:30, where paid attendees can showcase their businesses and sell products of interest to Permies. There will be a wonderful feast and talent show in the evening.
Sunday morning we will have more workshops and we will all participate in a World Cafe discussion. A closing ceremony will finish up the weekend before we disperse to our own homes where we will continue our permaculture journey with renewed enthusiasm!
Camping is available (for an extra charge) right next to the Convergence site at Hell’s Half Acre Campground. The immediate area also boasts a public outdoor swimming pool, splash park and Library. Turner Valley is just a 20 minute drive to the mountains. Bring the whole family!
Childcare is available during workshops for an extra charge.
Fees: $125 per adult (16 years old and up) includes all workshops and tours, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Sunday and supper on Saturday.
Meals only (for family members not attending workshops): $50 per adult; $25 per child.
