What intentions do you hold for 2016?
After an eventful and often tumultuous 2015, many of us are still catching our breath, regrouping, and making new plans for 2016. Following the lunar calendar, the New Year will truly come in to full force February. The entire month of January is a fitting time for reflecting on the year that has passed, and setting intentions and making plans for moving forward.
What personal health and wellness goals do you aspire toward?
How can you participate more fully in personal and community regeneration?
On the last day of January, we offer you an opportunity to join in community in order to set strong intentions through the creation of a Vision Board.
